Purpose
- To provide professional, efficient administrative support services to Head Office Departments.
Requirements
- 3 year post matric tertiary qualification – Office Management / Administration or related qualification from an accredited institution
- Certificates in MS Office 365 (desirable)
- A minimum of 5 years as an Administrator for middle management level
- Event Management experience (desirable)
- ERP operating system experience (desirable)
Skills & Competencies
- Broad administrative knowledge base; office management procedures and systems
- Business acumen: a solid understanding of business operations
- Foundational knowledge of financial administration such as procurement, processing invoices and understanding budgets
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
Responsibilities
- Minute taking for various Management meetings at HO
- Assist with reception duties if/when required
- Conduct asset verifications for CEO Office and Head Office Operations Departments (twice annually)
- Arrange meetings, draft agenda, record minutes and actions and follow up on completion status for reporting purpose
- Schedule meetings, training and provide project administration support
- Travel arrangements for all Departments which includes flights, car hire, parking, transfers and accommodation.
- Arranging of conference/workshop venues for Strategic Sessions for Departments.
- Organize Team Cohesion sessions for CEO department and assist with events held at Head Office.
- Assist with organizing catering for meetings for Departments.

- Manage and control all documentation to ensure ISO and audit requirements are met.
- Stand in for Executive Office Manager when required.
