Stock Control Administrator – Pretoria

The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the CIMA Manager,  CashMaster.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least 2 years’ stock administration experience.
  • Technical background and experience will be an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work overtime when required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively in a complicated environment with minimal management guidance/supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)

  • Day to day stock requirements.
    • Updating of stock received lists.
    • Monitoring the groups for stock orders from technicians and hubs.
    • Creating waybill and packaging of stock to be couriered.
    • Taking the stock to the courier collection zone.
    • Posting the tracking numbers on the relevant groups.
    • Receiving and checking of faulty stock returned from technicians and hubs.
    • Updating of faulty stock received details on relevant sheets.
    • Record, pack and prepare faulty stock for return to suppliers.
    • Assist with monthly stock takes in the warehouse and spare parts.
    • Update modem lists.
    • File all paperwork in relevant files.
    • Stock orders when needed.
    • Receiving & packing of received stock.
    • Distribution of stock ordered and replenishment stock to the hubs and technicians.
    • Faulty stock.
    • Stock takes.
    • Absolute systems Modems.
    • General admin and filing duties.
    • Assist with monthly reports when needed.
    • Any additional requests with stock
  • Production testing of devices for installation when needed.
    • Re-image of devices
    • Packing of devices
    • Test drops
    • Logging call to get devices put on production test.
    • Initial device checks
  • Any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
