Our client is looking for a recent graduate for this position
DUTIES:
Work directly with the Managing Director to support in various aspects of his daily work routine
Provide administrative assistance
Organize and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and attending to the logistics
of meetings
Handle printing, emails, copying, and filing
Maintain confidential and sensitive information
Attend meetings and take notes of discussion, prepare and send out meeting minutes
Organize team events and lunches
Book conferences and order swag for clients
Plan, prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner

Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent High School and University Results
University Undergraduate Degree
Honours degree advantageous
Previous experience advantageous
