Call Centre Agent

Purpose

  • To action incoming or outgoing customer calls, electronic communications and queries as per agreed standard operating procedures to ensure customer needs and business objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1-3 years’ experience in a long-term insurance call center environment
  • Has a matric certificate or an equivalent qualification/certificate
