REQUIREMENTS
- A South African citizen with a valid ID card/book.
- A tertiary graduate
- Should have entrepreneurial appetite
- Computer literacy skills
- Willingness to participate in a two (2) year development programme whilst in the employment of NTS
- No criminal record

NTS offers comprehensive tender solutions to companies who are bidding for Government tenders in South Africa. We offer a unique electronic tender alert system that allows companies to be informed of all tenders via SMS and Email as they become available. In addition, we provide a full Bid Logistics service to ensure that companies comply with the tender requirements and submit their bids correctly and on time. This service includes the collection and submission of documents, the attendance of tender briefings and the completion of tender documents. THE POSITION
Once selected, you will be trained and mentored through an accredited 2-year programme. You will achieve a NQF Level 4 – National Certificate in New Venture Creation
(Entrepreneurship) from Probus Holdings – our training partners. ( www.probusholdings.co.za ;Accreditation No.12870 – Service SETA.)
During this time, you will be employed as part of the NTS national operational team gaining valuable work experience in the tender sector. This experience will qualify you as a Bid Management Specialist – a new career that is thriving in SA. Once qualified you can offer your Bid Management Specialist services within your local and regional Municipal area, earning an income whilst enabling more South African companies to bid for and win tenders.
In addition NTS will:

- Alert you to possible sub-contracting opportunities.
- Enable you to build invaluable business networks.
- Offer you a free 24-month subscription to the NTS
- platform.
- Assist you to develop your company through direct
- tendering for Government projects.
As a part-time employee of NTS you will be expected to capture local tenders, RFQ’s and awarded tenders within your municipality.You will also attend tender briefings, collect/submit tender documents and assist in the completion of documents under the supervision of a NTS Bid Specialist. You will be further incentivized to sign up new subscribers to the NTS platform and promoting NTS in your local municipal area.
